Our boutique hotel is located in a small village on the West Coast of Sri Lanka, called ‘Katuneriya’, in close distance to Negombo Beach and Marawila.
Sri Lanka's International Airport, Katunayake, is only 25 kilometres away.

Our Hotel is situated directly off Lansigama beach, surrounded by coconut trees, amidst a beautiful landscaped garden with a first class swimming pool.
We are situated connecting to the beach, separated by a wall for the privacy of our guests.

Shops and restaurants are nearby and the bus-stop on the main-road is 800 m from our hotel. A tuk-tuk service is available for shopping or sight- seeing around our area.
